In our leaderboard we calculate a score based on all factors as mentioned above including reply rate (not displayed). Reply rate counts as strongest positive signal, then click rates and then open rates. Spam complaints, hard bounces, soft bounces and finally unsubscribe rate count negatively towards the score in that order.
The score is calculated based on the average of all campaigns from each user that were send last month.
Note; some users send a lot of emails without link CTA and thus their Click rate will be a lot lower. Our scoring takes this into account in the leaderboard calculation.
