Q: How much does it cost to continuously warm up 1 domain?

It takes 4-6 weeks to warm up a domain properly to be ready for 6000 marketing emails a day. Some of our domains get warmed up for even bigger amounts and those take even longer. The cost to warm up a domain is easily more than $1000 USD per month. Have a look at InboxAlly Premium, you get a similar service using Mailvio (at some point we might launch our own InboxAlly competitor but currently we first focus on serving and scaling exclusively for our users).

Q: Are there any hidden charges in addition to the pricing plans?

No, there are no hidden charges associated with our pricing plans to use our software to the fullest.  There are, however, 3 addons that are paid:

- if you want MORE than 4 domain credits per year we have a package for that

- If you want to leave Mailvio and take your sender domain(s) with you, you will have to pay a fee for that

- If you want us to buy a specific sender domain for you and warm-it up and set it up.

Q: Do I own the sender domains that I get?

No, you do not. You are renting the domains from us as long as you are a customer of Mailvio. For an extra fee you can take ownership of the domain if you want to leave Mailvio though.

Q: Can I bring my own domain(s)?

Yes of course, you can setup Mailvio using your own custom domain(s) but you will have to take care of the warm-up of the domain yourself. On request you can even still benefit from the rate limit algorithm that protects your domain reputation but you will have to tell us to which max daily volume and sender speed to set it to get started based on your warm up efforts.

If you want us to manage the domain (warm-up and full setup), in general the answer will be: no. That said we can make a exception but it will mean you will have to transfer ownership of the domain to us and it must be a clean domain (we're not going to warm-up a domain that has been messed up in the past).

Q: I'm not interested in warmed-up fully configured sender domains, can I get a discount?

Yes, book a demo call and let us know and we can offer you special package without the warmed-up sender domains.

Q: Does Mailvio offer any free trial and/or refunds?

No, due to the nature of our offer with the significant time and monetary investment we make for the sender domains we do not offer a trial, and neither a refund.
